Liability for contents

The contents of our sites have been created with the greatest care. However, we can assume no liability for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible according to Para. 7 (1) TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German Law) for our own contents on these sites according to the general laws. According to Para. 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or saved third-party information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws are not affected by this. Such liability is, however only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of rights. If we become aware of such rights violations, we will remove this contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our offerings include links to external websites of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we can also assume no liability for these third-party contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is responsible for the contents of the linked pages.

Phoenix Contact Software GmbH expressly declares that at the time of the linking, the respective linked pages did not contain illegal contents. The editorial staff has no influence on the current and future design and the contents of the linked / referenced websites. Therefore, Phoenix Contact Software GmbH hereby explicitly distances itself from all contents of linked / referenced websites which were modified after the link was set up. However, ongoing content checks of the linked pages are not reasonable without actual indications of a violation of rights. If violations of rights become known, we will remove such links immediately.
